Do I have to order online?

No! We’re constantly receiving new and exciting inventory, so if you’re looking for that perfect bottle please give us a call and we’ll be happy to point you toward something new and delicious.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes! We require an account and restrict ordering to adults over 21 years of age.

What are my shipping options?

We offer local delivery within most of the Denver/Boulder/South Suburban metro corridor fulfilled by our full-time drivers. One-time deliveries are free for orders over $100, $10 per address for orders under $100. For deliveries outside our local delivery zone, we partner with FedEx (fees vary, exclusions apply). An adult over 21 years of age must be present to sign for delivery.

Can you ship alcoholic beverages to my state?

Maybe! We currently offer delivery to many domestic addresses, but due to restrictions placed by some states’ liquor control boards we cannot ship to the following: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington State, and Wisconsin. Additionally, we cannot ship to APOs, FPOs, PO boxes or addresses outside the US. Again, an adult over 21 years of age must be present to sign for delivery.

It’s hot out. Should I ship wine?

We recommend avoiding FedEx Ground deliveries between May 31 and September 1 due to summer heat, and will gladly hold your shipment until a more favorable date or expedite delivery as requested.

Can I cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted?

Sure! We review each order before fulfillment, so give us a call if you’d like to change or cancel.

How can I check on my orders? Can I track the package?

Please give us a call if you have questions about an order you’ve already placed and we’ll confirm its status.

Can I return a product?

We will gladly issue credit for any faulted bottle returned to the shop within 10 days of purchase. We do not offer return shipping.
