Founded in 2005 by John Raytek, Certias crafts some of the most compelling California wines from a small outpost in Healdsburg. Grapes are sourced from some of the best vineyards in the Western Sonoma Coast, Napa Valley, Moon Mountain District, and the Santa Cruz Mountains. The team at Ceritas has deep connections to the land they call home, and seek to honor that through the wines they craft each year. Each bottling is limited and are rarely available at retail.

The Charles Heintz Vineyard, located just miles from the frigid waters of the Pacific Ocean at just enough elevation to peek through the fog line so the 40+ year-old Chardonnay vines can soak up the golden California sunshine. Planted to the old wente clone in 1980 on Goldridge soils, the wines from this vineyard are some of the best Chardonnays made in California each year.
